The CTSART program is a cooperative effort among municipalities, state and regional government agencies, not-for-profit organizations, businesses and individuals to support 5 Regional Animal Response Teams. We appreciate the numerous organizations that participate in CTSART’s mission at the state, regional and local levels. We are particularly indebted to our sponsors who, by supporting the Connecticut Veterinary Medical Foundation, provide the resources needed to support the animal response mission.
